Events held at The Mitchell House will take place in the building, tent, gazebo, and grounds.

The following are the details regarding the spaces available for use:

The Mitchell House and it's gazebo and landscaped yard are available for rent for

small parties or larger weddings and events.

Formal parlor fully furnished

Formal dining room

Kitchen available for preparation and assembly

Banquet room that seats 50

Permanent tent that seats up to 175 Includes:

   -A wooden floor
   -Chandeliers
   -Draped Curtains

*you may choose to decorate the tent however you please with floral decor

150 White plastic/metal chairs || White folding chairs, 70 padded banquet chairs

3|| 6 ft rectangle tables

20 || 60-inch round tables (seats 8-10)

Set-up of tables & chairs, a staff member to be available during your event

-*All linens will need to be rented*

50 Chairs || Bamboo padded chairs inside large meeting room.

-We can have 5 round tables set up in this room and set up 15 round tables outside.

**The rental fee of The Mitchell House includes all setup and breakdown of our property as well as clean up. YOU will be responsible for the breakdown and removal of your decorations and all decorations that you moved /stored back in it's place and personal property brought to the venue and all trash.
